Strained Yogurt 1000 g

Strained yoghurt is formed as a result of filtering and removing the water from the normal yoghurt we obtain from the full-fat milk of our farm animals.

It adds flavor to desserts, soups and, most commonly, appetizers.

Ingredients: Pasteurized homogenized whole cow's milk. yogurt culture

It contains at least %3.8 milk fat by weight. It contains at least %3 milk protein by weight.

Since it is produced by homogenization, oil does not accumulate on it.
