Tel cheese is a healthy dairy product that is not only delicious but also nutritious with its high protein content. You can use string cheese, which is a full-fat cheese made from our own farm milk, in breakfasts as well as in pastries such as börek and pastries. Since it is a meltable cheese type, you can also prefer it when making kuymak and mihlama.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Rennet, Cheese Culture, Salt, Stabilizer (Calcium Chloride). Expiry Date (STT) and Lot Number (PN) are on the packaging. Store between +2°C and +4°C.

It contains at least 25% milk fat by weight in dry matter.
