Knitted Mozzarella Cheese

  It is a local cheese made from the milk of our own farm animals, kept in full-fat brine and knitted by hand. Knitting cheese is a dairy product that requires a lot of labor. This is where the flavor of the knitted cheese boiled in salted water comes from. Knitted after its production, this cheese was named knitted cheese because of its shape.

Ingredients:Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Salt, Rennet, Stabilizer. Expiry Date (STT) and Lot Number (PN) are on the packaging.

It contains at least 45% milk fat by weight.
